The history of the company goes back to the year 1899, when Karl Beikard started his work as a hand engraver.
After the End of the Second World War Friedrich Obad-Zlamal took over his company and customers and extended the business to a machine-engraving-company with 12 employees.
1970 Friedrich Peter Obad joined the company that he took over in 1980.
In this time the company developed from a engraving-company to a service-oriented supplier for Signage from buildings and industrial products.
The range of artivles was extended by extorior signs (Light-promotion, letters, etc.)
Thanks to the intensive developement Obad received an advantage in competition.
In 1997 the different production areas were merged together in a new and bigger location and built the foundation for further growth.
Today the copmany has a broad range of products and a big provision of services. Worldwide satisfied customers attest the high quality.
